Welcome to iCheckQR! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Your access and use of Our Site and Services (as defined below). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between iCheck Corporation, a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Vietnam (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the individual/legal entity using the Services on a free or paid basis (“You”, “Your”). The Company and You are known as “Party” separately or “Parties” together. The Terms are binding and must be followed by each individual/legal entity using the Services irrespective of whether You are registered as a User (as defined below in Definitions) or are using the Site as a Visitor (as defined below in Definitions) without registration. In addition to these Terms, Your use of the Services is also governed by Our Privacy Policy.
1. Concepts and Definitions
- Site: The website, including all its content and links.
- QR code: A two-dimensional barcode containing a link to a specific web page.
- Services: QR code generation and management services.
- Visitor: A non-registered user.
- User: A registered account holder.
- Account: An electronic service allowing access to additional functionalities.
- Subscription: Fee-based access to specific features or functionalities.
- Financial Agent: Payment system (e.g., Paypal Inc.) facilitating transactions on behalf of the Company.
2. Access to the Site and Services
- 2.1. Right to Use: Access to the site is voluntary and free of charge. Depending on the extent of services desired, visitors and users may be offered services at no cost or through a subscription. The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services for personal or business purposes.
- 2.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- 2.3. QR Code Creation: Available to all users; limits may apply based on the selected tariff plan. Users can customize QR codes, manage them, track statistics, and more.

- 2.6. Management of QR Codes for Visitors: Visitors have limited functionalities without an account. Access to QR codes is limited and subject to cookie expiration.
3. Updates to the Services
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features without prior notice. Users agree that continued use of the services post-update constitutes acceptance of the terms.
4. Fees and Tariff Plans
- 4.1. Tariff Plans: Services are offered under free and paid plans. Details and limits of each plan are available on the pricing page. The Company reserves the right to modify terms, costs, and periods of access.
- 4.2. Subscription Period: Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected duration (one month or one year) unless canceled. The Company may charge your payment method without further authorization until you cancel the subscription.
- 4.3. Payment Terms: Payments are processed by a financial agent. Users must have a registered account to purchase a subscription. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted methods. The Company may suspend the subscription if payment is not received within 10 days. Users are responsible for transaction fees and accurate payment information.
- 4.4. Pricing: Prices include fees charged by financial institutions, payment service providers, and applicable taxes. Transactions are conducted in the specified currency. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees. The Company reserves the right to change prices; changes will not affect the current subscription period.
- 4.5. Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes. If required by law, users must deduct and remit taxes on behalf of the Company. The Company is not obligated to issue tax invoices.
- 4.6. Subscription Cancellation: Users must cancel the subscription through their account before the subscription period ends to avoid automatic renewal. Canceling a subscription stops automatic renewal but retains access for the paid period. No refunds are provided for canceled subscriptions.
- 4.7. Change of Subscription: Users can switch between tariff plans. Upgrading to a higher-priced plan requires paying the price difference. Downgrading to a lower-priced plan takes effect after the current plan expires. No refunds or credits are given for downgrading.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Users should direct refund requests to the financial agent. If a refund dispute is initiated, access to the paid plan is suspended. If the dispute is resolved in the user's favor, the subscription is canceled, and the refund amount may be reduced by fees.
6. Refer & Earn
- 6.1. Referral Program Eligibility: Open to registered users who refer new users to the site. Referred users must sign up and purchase a tariff plan.
- 6.2. Referral Rewards: Referrers earn % of the referred user's tariff plan cost.
- 6.3. Tax Obligations: The Company may withhold taxes on referral rewards as required by law. Users are responsible for understanding their tax obligations.
- 6.4. Terms and Conditions: The Company can modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent activities result in disqualification and possible account suspension.

8. User Content
8.1. Creation and Submission: Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a license to use, reproduce, and distribute it. Content must not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain harmful elements.

- Cause unreasonable load on the site’s infrastructure.
- Interfere with the site's operation.
- Use harmful software or code.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Violate intellectual property rights.

10. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Service functionality meeting user expectations.
- Errors or malfunctions.
- Damages from temporary service suspension.
- Security of third-party websites.
- Losses from breach of terms by other users.
- Poor internet connection.
- Activities by minors without consent.
- Misrepresentation or fraud.
- Delayed support responses.
- Payment processing issues.
- Unauthorized account access.
- Disruptions from custom domain changes.
15. Miscellaneous
The Company can change the terms at any time with notice on the site. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of changes.

17. Term and Termination
