This policy governs the registration, management of accounts, payments, and use of subscription services on iCheckQR.com. Its purpose is to ensure transparency in electronic contracting and online service usage, while protecting the legitimate rights of Users, whether individuals or legal entities. It also provides clear guidance on account management, payment procedures, and information storage, giving Users confidence and security when using the platform.

By accessing or using the services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, conditions, and related policies. The User recognizes that this constitutes a legally binding agreement. In cases where the User is acting as an employee or agent, agreeing to these terms also confirms that they are duly authorized to represent their employer or related legal entity. If the User does not agree or does not have lawful authority to act, they must discontinue accessing and using the services.

1. Account Creation and Management

Users may register an account on iCheckQR by providing personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or by authenticating through third-party services such as Google, Facebook, or Apple. A referral code, if available, may be used to receive applicable benefits. The minimum age requirement is 18 years, unless lawful consent is provided by a legal guardian. Once registered, Users may access their account settings to update personal details, change passwords, and manage account information.

Account security is the responsibility of the User. Strong passwords and two-factor authentication are recommended. By creating an account, the User confirms that they are not impersonating any individual or organization and are not misrepresenting their affiliation with any other party. Where services are used on behalf of a legal entity, the User must provide full corporate details, including company name, type of business, registered address, email, and tax identification number, and confirm that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of that entity.

If the User wishes to discontinue use, they may request account deletion through the Profile section. Upon approval, the account and related data will be permanently deleted, except for information required to be retained under applicable laws. Users also have the right to request deletion of personal data, including account details and QR code history. Requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

2. Subscription Plans

iCheckQR offers various subscription plans, including Starter, Growth, and Professional. Details of features, benefits, and pricing for each plan are publicly available at https://icheckqr.com/pricing. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription directly through their account dashboard, with fees adjusted proportionally to usage time.

3. Payment Methods

The platform accepts payments via PayPal, VNPAY, and QR code bank transfers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and are compliant with PCI DSS standards to protect payment information.

4. Payments and Invoices

Billing cycles may be monthly or annually, depending on the subscription selected. Users can access and download invoices directly from their account settings. Payments are recommended to be made through corporate bank accounts where applicable. Electronic invoices are legally valid and equivalent to paper invoices. Physical contracts may be provided upon request by corporate customers for record-keeping purposes.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

By default, subscriptions are set to automatically renew on the expiration date. Users may disable auto-renewal within their account if they do not wish to continue. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. Certain fees may be non-refundable in accordance with the applicable policy.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds may be granted under specific conditions, such as dissatisfaction during a trial period, system errors, or invalid transactions. Refund requests must be submitted via email to cskh@icheck.com.vn, including login information, reasons for the request, and relevant supporting documents. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Data Storage and Support

All transactions, confirmations, and payments are recorded and stored in the system, including IP addresses, timestamps, and account details. The support team provides guidance on how to use the system but does not intervene directly in User data to ensure independence and confidentiality. Users are solely responsible for the content of their QR codes. iCheckQR assumes no liability for the accuracy, legality, or validity of QR code content created by Users.

iCheckQR reserves the right to verify User eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate access to the services if violations of law are detected or upon the request of competent authorities. Contracts and invoices are stored electronically for a minimum of 10 years and may be retrieved by Users upon request.
